 Delivery Policy


All parties including Buyers and Sellers must use Paaticles in built Delivery App to fulfil, track and manage all delivery related processes. Paaticles will only be responsible for orders and queries made via Paaticles Delivery App.


All deliveries will be handled and managed by Seller and Paaticles is not responsible for any delivery process.


Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation through a text message or by e-mail. As soon as the order has been dispatched a delivery code number will be sent via e-mail.


Our Sellers aim is to dispatch deliveries within its earliest possible time. Orders placed on the weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched at earliest by Sellers.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. All stock and inventory related processes will be managed by Seller. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, Your Seller will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses you provide for the Sellers within the Maldives. Any shipment outside of the Maldives is not available at this time. Buyers can set their delivery location during the time of order and in their account settings too.

Delivery Time

A Seller may subscribe to Delivery options and apply charges provided on their delivery settings page. Buyer shall see delivery charges on the product page and checkout page of any delivery related charges applied by Sellers.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of confirmation, rather than the date of order which is decided by Sellers. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


Unless there are exceptional circumstances, our Sellers will make every effort to fulfill your order at as soon as practicable.


The date of delivery may vary due to delivery location, and the availability of the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate orders. All delivery related locations, charges and queries will be handled by the Seller.


Delivery Charges

Delivery Costs are decided by Sellers, based on the weight, height, width, length of the product and delivery locations. Delivery charges may be different for different categories or products depending on the Seller.


To find out order delivery cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, Delivery charges by the Seller will be displayed (i.e., if the Seller only has a charge).

Delivery Instructions

You can go to your orders checkout on once your Seller approves the order and you will be provided with the tracking details of the Delivery Status till you receive the order.

Damaged Items in Delivery

If there is any damage to the packaging of product on delivery, contact your Seller immediately or request for a return.
